Cancellations can be made by telephone,
but must always be confirmed in
writing by letter, email or fax,
preferably by the person who made the
booking.
Any deposits paid at the time of the
booking are non refundable.
No charge will be made if your
cancellation is made 7 days or more
before the start date of your booking,
only your deposit is forfeited.
If your
cancellation is made with less than 7
days notice, you will be charged for the
first night less any
deposit paid.
Failure to turn up will result in you
being charged for the first night's stay
less any deposit.
We trust you will consider our
cancellation policy to be appropriate.
